Sarah Milo Hoskow
Hi! I am Sarah, the Director of Partner Experience at inquirED. I believe in inquiry. When I think back to my own most memorable learning and teaching experiences, they were inquiry-based. In these experiences, I was more invested, more engaged, retained more learning, and – most importantly – more connected to the people around me. So after 13 years in the classroom – my experience ranging from pre-K to middle school, public and private, international, and across several states – I knew that when inquirED was being created, I had to get on board. I wanted to contribute to inquirED’s mission: inquiry for every student! Now I am so fortunate to lead the inquirED Partner Experience team, a group of seasoned educators who share a passion for inquiry and a commitment to support and celebrate teachers!
Sarah's Favorite Hub Tips
The Spotlight is one of my favorite spaces on the Inquiry Hub because it brings together the human and the helpful! At inquirED we know that curriculum doesn’t magically teach kids – educators do! The Spotlight is our blog that will feature stories from the field – the stories where teachers help students take charge of their learning and have an impact on their world. Or, we might tell you about the people behind the curriculum here at inquirED and our work to deliver curriculum and professional learning that inspires your transformational teaching! No matter the topic, expect to find helpful tips or resources in every spotlight!
